I just finished Parting of the Bad Wolf and to celebrate seven plus months of work and manips of Nine/Rose and Jack/Ianto I did a Nine/Jack kissing manip I've been putting off. I may have gone a little overboard on all the different effects I used, but I don't think anyone will mind. Enjoy.
